3. Needed a solution that was safe, quieter and reduced dust
4. Requirement for pieces small enough for men to remove

RECOMMENDATIONS
Product: Dexpan Type 2
Hole Diameter: 1.5”
Hole Spacing: 10" on centre for optimal fracturing and smaller pieces
Drill Depth: 95% of height of concrete cube
Drill Pattern: holes drilled on an offset (concept illustrated below)
